WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT?
We are a hybrid reformer pilates studio offering both group instructor led classes and kiosk classes. Kiosk classes are available outside of regular instructor led class times with over 800 classes to choose from, you’ll never run out of variety.
HOW DO I ACCESS THE STUDIO
The studio is located on level 1 next to Club Lime. Access to level 1 is via the lift located near The Coffee Club - take the lift to level 1.
After hours access - entry via Warwick road roller door, lift access near Rackleys - take lift to level 1.
To gain access to the studio you will open your PILATES DEPOT app and click on the access tab at the bottom of the home screen. Please note - the door will not open unless you have active credits and a booking.
WHAT IS A KIOSK CLASS?
A kiosk class is an individual on demand class, giving you the flexibility to workout when you want and how you want. Our kiosks offer over 800 on demand classes guided by a virtual instructor.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Instructor led - Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before your scheduled class. Late cancellations (within 8 hours) or no-shows will result in:Unlimited Members: A $10 no-show or late cancellation fee automatically charged to your account.All Other Packs or Memberships: The loss of your class credit for that session.
Kiosk - Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before your scheduled kiosk session. Late cancellations (within 2 hours) or no-shows will result in:Unlimited Members: A $10 no-show or late cancellation fee.All Other Packs or Memberships: The loss of your session credit.
